The World Health Organization grants emergency use validation to Pfizer and Biontech's COVID-19 vaccine in a move seen to hasten the approval of the drug in the Philippines. The Philippine Health Department meanwhile warns that doctors administering unauthorized COVID-19 vaccines will lose their medical licenses.
